This antique Karaje rug, circa 1930, is a handmade, one-of-a-kind Persian village weaving with a beautifully drawn geometric floral design and a softly aged palette. The hand-knotted composition features stepped medallion forms, angular vinery, and a finely articulated border in faded ivory, taupe, and blue-green tones that give it refined decorative character. Its balanced scale and understated antique patina make it an ideal accent for an entryway, bedroom, or office. Faded neutral tones of ivory, taupe, slate, camel, brown, and sage, with a ivory field.
