SHIPPING
Shipping is free on every order. Rugs ship from the USA by ground service and arrive within 1 to 7 business days across the continental U.S. and Canada.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Every rug is described and photographed as accurately as we can manage, and we stand behind what we ship. If a piece is not right in your space, email info@rugstyling.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll set up the return.
We charge no restocking fees, and since your shipping was free, nothing is deducted: an accepted return is refunded in full, 100% of what you paid, to your original payment method.
A few details:
- The rug needs to come back in the condition it arrived, in its original packaging.
- You arrange and cover the return shipping. We recommend insuring the parcel for the purchase price.
- Once the rug reaches us and we've looked it over, we'll confirm your refund by email. Card refunds usually post within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank; other payment methods can take up to 2 weeks.
EXCHANGES
Because every rug here is one of a kind, we can't swap one for another. If a different rug has caught your eye, the fastest route is to order it right away so it isn't claimed by someone else, and return the first one as above.
PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, PayPal, and Venmo. You're charged when your order ships.
