Antique Persian Hamadan runner, circa 1930, with a one-of-a-kind hand-knotted village design built around a column of stepped ivory medallions on a denim blue field. The geometric drawing, softly faded palette, and expressive border motifs give this handmade rug the collected character and graphic presence prized in early 20th century Hamadan weavings. An ideal accent for a hallway, entryway, or office. Faded cool tones of denim blue, ivory, beige, taupe, camel, light blue, and rust, with a denim blue field.
