This antique circa 1940 Rag Rug is a handmade, one-of-a-kind flatwoven textile with a beautifully understated striped composition and authentic folk-art character. Its soft ivory ground is enlivened by delicate bands of aqua, slate, charcoal, and rose, creating a refined vintage look with subtle texture and artisanal variation. An ideal accent for a bedroom, hallway, or casual living room.

Rag rugs are woven from strips of recycled or surplus fabric — cotton, wool, or silk — rather than yarn, producing a textile that is both resourceful and visually distinctive.
