This vintage Cactus Kilim is a handmade, one-of-a-kind flatweave with a beautifully understated tribal design and an open camel-brown field. Delicate diamond and symbolic motifs, framed by zigzag side borders and subtle linear bands, give the piece a refined geometric rhythm and an earthy, collected character. Its minimalist composition and warm, faded palette make it an ideal foundation for a living room, bedroom, or office.

Cactus Silk kilims are handcrafted by female artisans in Morocco using agave (sabra) fiber — sometimes called "vegetable silk" — rather than wool or cotton. The resulting textile has a distinctive luminous sheen and a supple, almost liquid drape quite unlike any other flat-woven rug.

Weavers use a flat-woven background as a canvas and add simple yet bold tribal designs — geometric stars, diamonds, and zigzag stripes — in vivid, saturated colors.
