Dimensions: 8'9" x 11'5" (267 cm x 348 cm). Circa: 1930. This antique circa 1930 Mahal rug is a hand-knotted Persian carpet with a softly weathered taupe field, restrained charcoal floral tracery, and an elegant ivory-toned palmette border. Its spacious all-over botanical design and time-softened palette showcase the refined, decorative character prized in early 20th-century Mahal weaving. An ideal centerpiece for a living room, dining area, or bedroom. Faded neutral tones of taupe, ivory, charcoal, beige, gray, camel, and ebony, with a taupe field.
