This antique Persian Heriz rug, circa 1930, is a handmade, one-of-a-kind carpet distinguished by its spacious all-over lattice of angular floral motifs and crisp geometric drawing. The pale ivory field and soft sky blue border create an elegant, light-filled palette, while the hand-knotted patterning and refined abrashed tonal variation give the piece depth, character, and collector appeal.
