This antique circa 1910 Northwest Persian runner is a hand-knotted, one-of-a-kind wool pile weaving with a richly detailed all-over field of angular floral and tribal motifs. Its slate blue ground, rust red accents, ivory guard borders, and broad geometric outer frame create the distinctive graphic character prized in Northwest Persian village rugs. An ideal accent for a hallway, entryway, or kitchen.
