This vintage Shiraz rug is a handmade, one-of-a-kind tribal carpet with a striking lattice of hooked lozenges and small geometric motifs that reflect the bold village weaving traditions of southwest Persia. Its softly faded palette of slate blue, ivory, camel, rust, and taupe gives the hand-knotted design a beautifully aged character, while the crisp border and repeating diamond forms create strong visual rhythm and collector appeal. An ideal choice for a hallway, living room, or office.

Shiraz is the capital city of Fars province in south western Iran and is major collection center for the regions tribal and village rugs.
