This handmade, one-of-a-kind antique Kars rug from Anatolia, circa 1940, presents a beautifully restrained village design with a soft ivory field enclosed by a broad taupe border of stylized geometric rosettes. Its hand-knotted character and gently faded palette give the repeating lattice pattern a refined, airy presence that works especially well in interiors seeking quiet texture and age-earned patina.
