How Our Rental Process Works
1. Placing an Order
Select the rug or item you wish to rent.
Choose your desired rental duration.
Complete your order by entering your shipping details and payment information.
A deposit will be charged at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable upon the safe return of the item, provided it is not damaged, altered, or lost.
2. Receiving the Product
Once your order is confirmed, the item will be prepared and delivered to the address provided.
Prior to dispatch, all rugs are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in excellent condition. Documentation of condition may be recorded before release.
Delivery and collection arrangements will be coordinated in advance to ensure a seamless experience.
3. Returning the Product
At the end of your rental period, the item must be returned on or before the agreed return date.
Please ensure the rug is securely packaged and ready for collection. Delays in return may result in late fees.
All items must be returned in the same original condition as received.
4. Condition Check & Deposit Refund
Upon return, each rug will undergo a detailed inspection.
If the item is returned in its original condition, without stains, discoloration, damage, excessive wear, or missing components, your full deposit will be refunded.
If damage has occurred, or if the rug has been stained, altered, or lost, the renter is fully responsible. Repair, professional cleaning, or replacement costs will be deducted from the deposit. In cases of significant damage, the renter may be required to pay the full retail value and assume ownership of the item.
5. Late Returns
Late fees will apply if the item is not returned by the agreed date.
Fees will be calculated based on the additional time the item is held beyond the rental period.
Excessive delay may result in forfeiture of the deposit and additional charges as necessary.

• Professional cleaning fees will be charged if a rug is returned soiled.
• The renter is responsible for proper care while the rug is in their possession.
• Transportation and access details must be coordinated prior to delivery or pickup.

Karabagh rugs are made in the south eastern Caucasus close to the Kazak district bordering North Eastern Iran. They have varied designs. Some derive from the classical 18th Century carpets, such as the large medallion format, and some are more formal French influence, related to the Aubusson and Savonnerie styles with their more realistic drawing. They are more often woven on a woolen foundation.
