Circa: 1930.
This antique Hamadan runner, woven in Persia circa 1930, is a handmade, one-of-a-kind piece with a striking tribal geometric design and a beautifully time-softened palette. The elongated field features a sequence of bold latch-hook medallions set against a deep brown ground, framed by an ivory-toned border with angular motifs that showcase the character of hand-knotted village craftsmanship. Its warm, earthy colors and strong linear composition make it an ideal accent for a hallway, entryway, or narrow living space.
Faded warm tones of brown, ivory, rust, taupe, camel, and charcoal, with a brown field.
