Dimensions: 10'6" x 14'1" (320 cm x 429 cm).
This vintage Tulu rug is a handmade, one-of-a-kind Anatolian piece distinguished by its minimalist diamond lattice and softly textured, high-pile surface. The ivory field is animated by fine charcoal and taupe linework, giving the composition a refined tribal character with an airy, spacious feel. Its understated geometry and warm neutral palette make it an ideal foundation for a living room, bedroom, or dining room.
Muted neutral tones of ivory, taupe, charcoal, cream, and beige, with a ivory field.
Tulu rugs are woven in the Konya area of Turkey. They were originally made as bedding rugs. The Term “Tulu” means “long haired”. They have a long lustrous pile with a course weave and bold archaic designs which make them ideal for contemporary décor.
