This antique Turkish Oushak rug, circa 1940, is a handmade, one-of-a-kind piece distinguished by its softly aged palette and elegant village-scale drawing. The terracotta field is framed by an ivory border with stylized floral and geometric motifs, while the open central composition and gently faded surface give it the luminous character collectors prize in vintage Oushak carpets.
