Dimensions: 2'11" x 19'9" (89 cm x 602 cm). Circa: 1930. This antique Malayer runner from Persia, circa 1930, is a handmade, one-of-a-kind piece with a finely drawn tribal-geometric design and an elongated gallery-friendly format. Its narrow field is articulated with repeating diamond medallions, small-scale floral and latch-hook motifs, and a crisply rendered border in softly faded taupe, brown, and charcoal tones that give it a refined, timeworn character. Hand-knotted with collector-friendly detail and understated decorative presence, it is an ideal choice for a hallway, entryway, or long corridor. Faded neutral tones of taupe, brown, charcoal, ivory, and camel, with a taupe field.
