Antique Baktiary Area Rug (5' x 9')

Dimensions: 5'2" x 9'7" (157 cm x 292 cm). Circa: 30. This antique Persian Bakhtiari rug, circa 1930, is a hand-knotted, one-of-a-kind garden carpet distinguished by its orderly compartment design and finely drawn botanical and animal motifs. A softly aged palette of powder blue, ivory, taupe, and warm brown gives the wool pile a refined, decorative presence, while the floral border frames each pictorial panel with exceptional clarity.
