Antique Malayer Runner Rug (3' x 13')

Dimensions: 3'0" x 13'0" (91 cm x 396 cm). Circa: 1920. This antique circa 1920 Malayer runner is a handmade, one-of-a-kind Persian rug with a finely articulated all-over lattice of floral and geometric motifs across a softened turquoise field. Its hand-knotted wool pile, ivory rosettes, and faded rust border create the nuanced patina and intricate tribal character prized in early 20th-century Malayer weaving. An ideal accent for a hallway, entryway, or kitchen. Faded cool tones of turquoise, rust, ivory, terracotta, sage, slate, taupe, and charcoal, with a turquoise field.
