Antique Malayer Runner Rug (3' x 13')

Dimensions: 3'4" x 13'2" (102 cm x 401 cm). Circa: 1930. This antique circa 1930 Malayer runner is a handmade, one-of-a-kind Persian rug with a finely articulated all-over lattice of angular floral rosettes, hooked leaves, and geometric medallion forms. Its softly weathered blue gray, ivory, taupe, and charcoal palette is framed by a crisp reciprocal border, showcasing the nuanced character of traditional hand-knotted wool pile. An ideal accent for a hallway, entryway, or kitchen. Faded neutral tones of blue gray, ivory, taupe, charcoal, sage, camel, and brown, with a blue gray field.
