This antique Heriz rug, hand-knotted in Persia circa 1930, is a handmade, one-of-a-kind statement piece distinguished by its bold geometric medallion and angular tribal drawing. Its richly patterned rust field, saturated blue border, and ivory corner spandrels create the classic high-contrast palette collectors prize in early 20th-century Heriz carpets, with expressive abrashed color and robust wool craftsmanship adding depth and character.
