Dimensions: 2'9" x 9'2" (84 cm x 279 cm).
This vintage Turkish Tulu rug is a handmade, one-of-a-kind runner with a beautifully understated tribal character. Its ivory field is animated by softly faded taupe and brown linear motifs, giving the hand-knotted wool pile a quiet sense of movement and depth that works effortlessly in layered, collector-driven interiors. An ideal choice for a hallway, entryway, or alongside a bed.
Faded neutral tones of ivory, taupe, brown, and gray, with a ivory field.
Tulu rugs are woven in the Konya area of Turkey. They were originally made as bedding rugs. The Term “Tulu” means “long haired”. They have a long lustrous pile with a course weave and bold archaic designs which make them ideal for contemporary décor.
