This antique Persian Heriz rug, circa 1930, is a handmade, one-of-a-kind carpet distinguished by its bold geometric medallion and angular village drawing. Its richly layered palette of rust, ivory, charcoal, and olive brings depth to the densely patterned field, while the hand-knotted construction and strong border architecture give it the enduring character collectors prize.
